Vicki is a multi-award winning HR professional who has been working in the HR industry since 2004. She is fully CIPD qualified and holds Chartered membership status. Vicki is currently the Employee Experience Director at UNRVLD, where she has been for the past 7 years. She is responsible for all areas of the People and Culture function where she plays an essential and pivotal role pioneering diversity, equality, and inclusion. Vicki has helped UNRVLD achieve and retain Investors in People Gold award for the past 3 years. She was also successful in winning three Wales HR Awards in 2020/2021 for Best HR professional in Technology, HR Director of the year and HR Star award.
